8-Min Bretman Rock’s Ab Workout For 2 Weeks – Fitoont

This 8-minute Bretman rock’s ab workout has gone viral and will assist you in sculpting a six-pack. In this article, I will tell you all about this workout and my experience

Including your abs in your training workouts will help you develop a stronger core and, over time, may even result in visible six-pack muscle. Core strength is important for balance, stability, and circulation in addition to its aesthetic value.

I’m constantly on the lookout for new video exercises (I have three different personal playlists dedicated to my favorites), so when I noticed Bretman Rock’s workout video had almost a million views in less than two months, I knew I had to check it out. Rock, a digital celebrity best known for his beauty videos, isn’t a personal trainer, but he claims his routines are based on his expertise as a lifetime athlete and his collaboration with trainers and CrossFit teachers. And his video contains three beginner-friendly exercises, each with individual chest, cardio, and abs routines. This Bretman rock’s ab workout requires no equipment, is low-impact, and is short – only one set of movements is required. So I couldn’t resist giving it a try. And, to be honest, I’m not sure my abs have forgiven me yet.

Doesn’t appear to be that horrible, does it?

At the very least, it’s brief. I went through the first three exercises without too much difficulty, but the minute-long plank made me wobbly. My core, though, was on fire by the time the scissors were set. Don’t even bring up the previous three movements. In the middle of the toe-touch crunches, I had to take a break, and the minute-long hollow hold nearly destroyed me. I slumped as my timer went off and spent the next three minutes looking at the ceiling and pondering my life choices.

Now that my cores and I have recovered a little, I can tell you that this workout is short (approximately eight minutes), hard, and easy to adapt, which is ideal when your abs start to give up in the second set. I chose a walking mountain climber over Rock’s leaping variant, bent my knees during the toe-touch crunch, and raised my feet off the ground during the hollow boat hold. It didn’t matter; this workout had my entire core shaking from start to finish and despite my trembling muscles, I enjoyed it.

Bretman rock’s ab workout has been a positive experience for me.

I gave it a week’s worth of effort. Here’s what I discovered.

1st day:

To make things easier, I did the workout while watching a YouTube video. It relieved added tension for anyone who isn’t used to utilizing a timer during workouts.
However, that didn’t make the workout any easier. It was difficult. Maybe it’s because I usually avoid ab workouts and thus don’t have much muscle in that area, but I couldn’t do all of the reps. Even yet, my abs felt different after the workout, something I wasn’t expecting. They were both burning and clinging to one other. I can’t complain about not having enough “time” because the workout only takes about eight minutes.

2nd day:

My entire abdomen was in pain as I rolled out of bed. Sure, this quick workout (Bretman Rock abs) might be challenging. However, it’s probably more appropriate to state that my abdominal muscles haven’t been exercised in a long time.

The training was challenging on this day since my abs were already screaming from yesterday’s workout. Nonetheless, I went ahead and did it. (By that, I mean I did everything I could to make it happen.)

3rd day:

I returned to my high-intensity exercise regimen and took a break from my regular Bretman Rock’s ab workout sessions. I still keep it in mind for those times when I need a quick exercise but don’t have much time. It’s simple to grab a mat, sit on my living room floor, and do this workout while watching TV. Despite the fact that my abs are severely out of shape, it was nice to have a basic workout to perform without having to go outside or to the gym.

But, as I’m sure you’re all wondering, does it work?

I didn’t achieve abs in a week, but I also know that seeing a substantial difference in that short of a time is unrealistic. Nonetheless, given how strenuous this workout is and how painful it left me, I believe it may work if I kept to it.
I was able to step outside of my comfort zone and do something other than cardio or muscle training by trying this famous program. It’s something I’d want to incorporate into my daily routine. I think you should give it a shot as well! I’m hoping to get those Bretman Rock abs in a year or two.
